Affiliate Disclosure

Diet Train Lose contains affiliate links. That means if you click certain links and buy something, I may earn a small commission — at no extra cost to you.

What this means

When I link to a product or service, the link is often an affiliate link. If you make a purchase through it, the seller pays me a small commission as a "thank you" for sending you their way. You don't pay more — you pay exactly the same price you would have anyway.

I use these links for products and services I'd recommend regardless — they're a way to keep this site running without cluttering it with ads.

How I choose what to link to

I only link to things that fit the topic and that I believe are genuinely useful. I don't recommend something just because it pays well. If a product or program doesn't fit the audience or feels off, I leave it out — even if the commission is high.

A note on health & weight-loss content

Nothing on this site is medical advice. I share recipes, routines, kitchen tools, and habits that fit a busy life. I don't make specific weight-loss outcome or speed claims, and I don't claim any product treats, cures, or prevents any condition. If you have a health condition or are considering a diet program, talk to a qualified professional first.

The legal bit

This disclosure is provided in line with the U.S. Federal Trade Commission's guidelines on the use of endorsements and testimonials in advertising, and with equivalent rules elsewhere. Every page that contains affiliate or sponsored links includes a short disclosure at the bottom as well.

Have a question? If anything about a link or recommendation on this site is unclear, you're welcome to reach out and ask.
